All purchases made through the Site are subject to product availability and Virah Bella confirmation. We try to maintain accurate product descriptions and images however these may differ from the actual product you receive due to variations in photography, manufacturing and other factors. We reserve the right to limit quantities sold.
The total price payable by you for purchase of a product is the price indicated on the Site at the time you place your order. Prices do not include applicable taxes and shipping charges, which will be added to your total at checkout prior to payment.
Promotional codes and other offers are void where prohibited and cannot be combined unless stated otherwise. Offers are limited in quantity, non-transferable, not valid for cash or cash equivalent, and may be canceled or modified at any time without notice.

Product Care & Materials
All Virah Bella products are made from high-quality materials designed for optimal comfort and durability. However, proper care is required to maintain your products in excellent condition.
Please carefully review and follow the specific care instructions for each product. We are not responsible for damage caused by improper care and laundering.
Most Virah Bella products should be machine washed in cold water on a gentle cycle and tumble dried on low. Do not use bleach or fabric softeners as these can damage the fabrics. Refer to product tags and descriptions for complete care instructions.
If you discover an issue with your product upon receipt, please contact us immediately for evaluation and resolution. We stand behind our products and will make every attempt to satisfactorily resolve legitimate quality issues subject to verification and investigation on our part.
Returns & Exchanges
We want you to be fully satisfied with your Virah Bella purchase. If you are not completely happy with your products for any reason, you may return them to us within 30 days of receipt for a full refund of the purchase price, minus shipping costs. Items must be returned in original condition with tags still attached. Exchanges are available within 30 days of receipt subject to product availability; you will be responsible for any additional shipping costs.
Custom and personalized products are non-returnable. We are unable to accept returns or exchanges on products showing excessive wear and tear or damage not due to a production defect. If you would like to return or exchange a product that does not meet these criteria, please contact us to discuss further options.
To initiate a return or exchange, please email [email protected] or call 1-800-555-0000 to obtain a Return Authorization Number. You must contact us within 30 days of receipt of your original order. Returned items must be securely packed to avoid damage in transit and shipped with the Return Authorization Number printed on the outside of the package. Upon receipt and verification, we will issue requested refunds or exchanges. Refunds will be issued within 3-5 business days of receiving the returned product.
Product Reviews
If you submit a product review, you grant us the right to use the review or parts thereof in any manner without payment or attribution, including but not limited to advertising and promotional efforts. We reserve the right to edit reviews prior to posting for length, grammar, spelling, and compliance with our review guidelines.
Reviews must be based on first-hand experience with the product and may not contain offensive, unlawful, disparaging, or unrelated content. Reviews written for compensation or containing affiliate links will be rejected. Negative reviews must outline constructive criticism respectfully.
